Pointmap Incorporated offers a variety of ways to complete digital documentation for reports.  We provide both HTML and PDF report creation.  

  Both HTML and PDF have becomer fairly universal document formats.  HTML documents can be viewed by anyone with a current web browser.  Both Microsoft and Netscape offer free browsers from their web sites, so anyone can download the browser and view the documentation.

  PDF is a file that can be read by Acrobat Reader, another free download.  Acrobat Reader is produced by Adobe, and can be found at their web site.

  Once the report is complete, Pointmap can post it on an FTP site for download, or create compact discs for digital submissions. The CD could include the report, CAD and GIS figures, and any software that might be necessary to view the document.
